Food is to be displayed between 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm
The Dishes should be covered. Only edible things to be used for decoration.
Food taste, nutrition, innovation, presentation and hygiene are to be considered.
The decision of the Judges will be final.

Concept:
Participants are expected to prepare a product using any particular local grown Millet. The preparation can be Sweet or Savoury but it’s important that the major contributing flavour of the preparation should be millet and its nutrition importance should be highlighted

Creativity of the recipes, Innovation, sensory evaluation, presentation.

The meal should include minimum 1 preparation and 1 accompaniment
A list of ingredients used for the preparation should be submitted in advance along with the recipe to the given email ID.
Competition cooking should be at the participants place and only Display and presentation of the Product will be done at the venue
Participants are required to carry their own crockery and cutlery required for presentation and evaluation
Every participant needs to keep glass of water and tissue paper set for the judges to clean and wipe used cutlery
Participants to reach to the venue 10 minutes before the presentation time and set their own counter of Presentation
Participants can not disclose their names and Identity
