1. Paintings shall be delivered to the organisers on the Venue at Balgandharv Rangmandir on 22nd Sept. between 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm.
2. The entry fee is Rs. 200/- for the said competition.
3. Participants are requested to preserve this receipt for collection of their paintings after the conclusion of the event.
4. The subject for the “Painting Competition” is ‘The Canvas of a dream girl’ dedicated to Dreamgirl Hema Maliniji who is Patron of Pune Festival and who has an association with Pune Festival for the last 30 years.
5. Minimum size should be half imperial and maximum size should not be more than 2 feet.
6. There will not be any restrictions for the medium or type of a paper.
7. There will be 3 prizes in each category & 1 consolation prize. Thus total 7 prizes will be given.
8. Please note paintings to be handed over within the time slot given with proper framing. Decision of the Judges will be final no complaints shall be entertained thereafter.
9. The participants shall be responsible for collection of their paintings after the conclusion of the events, within the given time slot.
10. Due care shall be taken in handling the paintings, but organizers shall not be responsible for any damage
due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances.
11. The event is organized with a view to promote and encourage amateur female artists.
12. This competition is not a professional competition and shall be taken in the spirit.
13. Last date of submission of entry form will be 7th Sept.
14. Participants are requested to collect their paintings on 25th September 2023 between 8 pm to 9 pm from the venue.
